Drive innovation on the solutions we provide clients through partnerships with product specialists
Execution of strategic initiatives launched centrally
Oversee the credit relationship of the client
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines
Proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience
FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (or ability to obtain)
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking including strong commercial credit knowledge
Demonstrates an expert level of Early Warning Detection skills
Demonstrates expert level credit skills; capable of structuring all credit deals
Demonstrates advanced Citi’s credit-process and credit-appetite knowledge
Ability to work effectively in team setting
Ability to lead multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience
Highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities
A proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients
Ability to embrace new technology and understand digital roles.
