About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team
Focus on the debit card delivery journey, including card distribution flow and activation processes
Work closely with digital development teams, vendor management, and customer experience teams
Identify customer pain points in the card ordering journey and map out changes to address those gaps
Present the status of the card delivery roadmap to senior management
Manage the debit card pin delivery experience and work with third party vendors on issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
