About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team
- Focus on the debit card delivery journey, including card distribution flow and activation processes
- Work closely with digital development teams, vendor management, and customer experience teams
- Identify customer pain points in the card ordering journey and map out changes to address those gaps
- Present the status of the card delivery roadmap to senior management
- Manage the debit card pin delivery experience and work with third party vendors on issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
