About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day execution and management of global immigration programs
- Implement and ensure adherence to Citi's Global Immigration Policy
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring high-quality experience to employees
- Leverage reporting and analytics to monitor program effectiveness
- Develop and maintain Citi-specific immigration pages and operating manuals
- Provide expert immigration advisory support to internal business managers
- Manage internal reviews or audits of immigration data
- Utilize Workday for immigration recordkeeping
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential immigration risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective immigration solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Global mind-set and experience in working in multi-national companies
- Proven ability to operate and influence effectively within a matrixed and flexible organizational structure
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
