Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day execution and management of global immigration programs
Implement and ensure adherence to Citi's Global Immigration Policy
Drive operational excellence by ensuring high-quality experience to employees
Leverage reporting and analytics to monitor program effectiveness
Develop and maintain Citi-specific immigration pages and operating manuals
Provide expert immigration advisory support to internal business managers
Manage internal reviews or audits of immigration data
Utilize Workday for immigration recordkeeping
Identify, assess, and escalate potential immigration risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective immigration solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of relevant experience
Strong foundational knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Global mind-set and experience in working in multi-national companies
Proven ability to operate and influence effectively within a matrixed and flexible organizational structure
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
