About the role
- Responsible for various data activities including database administration and data analysis
- Daily deliverables of routine and defined outputs while developing broader knowledge
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions
- Provide relevant insights to accelerate strategic decisions
- Create detailed dashboards for portfolio health
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing spends
- Size impacts of various changes on the portfolio
- Review existing processes to identify streamlining opportunities
- Deploy reports to advanced reporting platforms
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems
- Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python, and Pyspark
- Experience working with large and multiple datasets
- Experience in Tableau preferred
- Experience in working on Credit Cards and Retail Banking products
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong process/project management skills
- Multiple stakeholder management
- Control orientated and Risk awareness
