Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring end results
Lead the development and implementation of agentic AI systems
Drive the creation and refinement of AI solutions through expert-level prompt development and logic architecture
Oversee the use of AI agents for sophisticated code development and refinement tasks
Establish and implement new or revised application systems in coordination with the wider Technology Team
Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development and AI/ML to achieve established goals and resolve complex issues
Provide evaluative judgment based on the analysis of facts in complicated situations
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in applications development
Proven experience in a management capacity
Strong proficiency in Python development
Deep expertise in Prompt Development and the Logic Architecture of AI systems
Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using Agentic AI
A background in Data Engineering is considered a significant plus
Working knowledge of current industry practices and standards in technology and AI
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
