- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Dev engineers
- Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies
- Lead complex projects from inception to completion
- Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Implement advanced CI/CD techniques such as blue/green deployments
- Lead the implementation and management of containerized applications using Docker
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Implement security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Java and Python
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
