About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of transformation and growth strategies
- Manage campaign creative from concept development through execution
- Partner with campaign marketing strategy leads and creative agencies
- Drive channel acquisitions growth through optimizing existing channel performance
- Collaborate with business partners to grow efficiencies and effectiveness
- Manage agency relationship for campaign creative
- Maintain focus on detail while managing marketing campaigns
- Utilize performance results to influence planning and drive testing
- Evaluate program performance to drive future strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years marketing across digital
- Experience leading projects with internal and external partners/agencies
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Familiarity with test and learn constructs
- Digital acumen
- Ability to dive into the details
- Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment
- Requires attention to detail
- Familiarity with Digital reporting and analytics processes
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
