Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming
Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements

6+ years of hands on development experience
5+ years experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design and development
4+ years experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments (AWS)
4+ years experience with cloud migration and constellation migration
E2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required; Pega certification CLSA preferred (minimum CSSA mandatory)
Hands on experience in PDM
Preferred hand on experience on Customer Service, Smart Investigate / Smart Dispute frameworks
Lead end to end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA)
