About the role

  • Responsible for the management of one or more retail core payments products for the US Retail Bank
  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product
  • Develop business cases to secure funding for new initiatives
  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
  • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
  • Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization
  • Develop and manage product metrics and reporting

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of payments necessary
  • Experience in ACH, Wires and RTP will give you an edge
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred within Business Administration.
