About the role
- Responsible for the management of one or more retail core payments products for the US Retail Bank
- Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product
- Develop business cases to secure funding for new initiatives
- Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation
- Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization
- Develop and manage product metrics and reporting
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of payments necessary
- Experience in ACH, Wires and RTP will give you an edge
- Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred within Business Administration.
