Oversee the development of high-volume digital and print marketing assets
Manage multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to manage client experience and expectations
Manage the entire job intake process, including assessing requests, processing feedback and releasing final deliverables
Hold creative team accountable for deadlines and deliverables
Partner with marketing product professionals as well as front office product experts to assist in the design and produce necessary marketing materials.

Requirements

5-8 years’ experience
PgMP or PMP certification preferred
5+ years in project management experience
Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
Demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative work style to partner effectively with various levels within organization
Experience developing project plan, scope and timeline
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner
Multi-tasking and organization skills with ability to create and manage a process calendar
Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks
Strategic thinking with the ability to untangle complex issues
