- Identify trends and operational risks using relevant metrics and data

- Manage and close control gaps identified in risk assessments
Requirements
- 5-8 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification desirable
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of Lean tools (Value Stream Map, SIPOC, etc.)
- Ability to define KPIs for measuring process improvements
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
