About the role
- Revenue objectives, P&L and returns on the capital deployed
- Up tiering engagement with clients and gaining market share
- Increasing the product scope - launching new offerings, optimizing product delivery
- Ensuring best in class client experience while optimizing delivery channels and operations efforts
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong control environment
- Working with stakeholders across the country franchise, and cluster and global teams
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Extensive years of client facing activity experience
- Previous management experience required
- Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired
- A combination of commercial and analytical skills
- Disciplined
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
