About the role

  • Revenue objectives, P&L and returns on the capital deployed
  • Up tiering engagement with clients and gaining market share
  • Increasing the product scope - launching new offerings, optimizing product delivery
  • Ensuring best in class client experience while optimizing delivery channels and operations efforts
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and strong control environment
  • Working with stakeholders across the country franchise, and cluster and global teams
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Extensive years of client facing activity experience
  • Previous management experience required
  • Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired
  • A combination of commercial and analytical skills
  • Disciplined
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
