About the role
- formulation of the strategic direction of the product
- implementation and execution of new business development initiatives and sales plans to drive growth
- management of people, budget and planning
- performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations
- guide, lead and coach the Escrow Origination team
- resolve operational issues within the team
- identify, lead and implement internal projects to enhance operating efficiency
- foster productive relationships with Bankers, ICs and Regional Senior Management
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- People management skills
- proven technical skills in the area of the escrow product and sales
- Experience and proven track record selling into law firms
- Education: Bachelors/University Degree
- Master’s degree preferred
