About the role
- Provide full leadership and direction to a team of employees
- Actively manage risk and exposure for clients
- Ensure investment book of record is reconciled with external record holders daily
- Identify opportunities to implement process improvements
- Manage the Risk and Control agenda including audits
- Work closely with senior management on cost saving opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA / Degree in Finance is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of funds services and process & experience in managing operational delivery will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area.
