About the role

  • Development and implementation of an AI tool strategy for the tech cluster
  • Decisions on using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, cloud services, or on-premises solutions
  • Designing architectures and best practices to avoid unnecessary AI calls
  • Primary point of contact between business units and central functions
  • Identifying and translating AI-related requirements into concrete AI solutions
  • Continuous needs analysis and coordination with the training department

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience in software development
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: experience building or deploying multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) and with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • High self-motivation and pioneering spirit; ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and didactic ability
  • Security and compliance mindset: understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks
  • Ideally experience in regulated or safety-critical R&D environments
  • Very good spoken and written German required.
