About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are expected to support the annual fee indexation of clients across all C2S offices globally. This will entail the assistance in all aspects of the annual indexation process including:
  • - Obtaining appropriate rates to be used for fee indexation
  • - Overall data preparation and coordinating with the local management team for each C2S office globally
  • - Providing back-end support on liaising with Group Finance functioning on updating fees in the system, and with Business Applications Support on communicating annual fee adjustments to C2S clients globally.
  • You will provide assistance to the Pricing Senior Analyst and stakeholders on the maintenance and further development of the Pricing Engine, including
  • - Ensuring accurate and timely set-up and maintenance of customer pricing
  • - Providing support on pricing requests
  • - Further refining the pricing mechanisms and adapt pricing where necessary
  • - Supporting the back-testing on evaluating margins and cost analysis
  • You will work with Business Development Support - Finance Lead on conducting operational support to the business where needed, including but not limited to
  • - AR dunning support to specific jurisdictions, requiring monitoring of AR Aging Report, coordinating with local office on gathering of documents, and preparing and releasing AR Dunning Letters based on applicable templates
  • - Assist on Masterfile set-up to ensure alignment of data maintenance with standard process
  • You will coordinate closely with BDS Team on assisting the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in
  • - Identification and implementation of finance best practices
  • - Driving process standardization and continuous improvements
  • - Assessment of opportunities for process automation
  • You are expected to collaborate with members of Business Development Support Team
  • You will be the back-up contact resource when dealing with business partners and stakeholders across regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Management/ Data Management
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a financial position with an international organization or service provider
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with significant attention to detail
  • You are an impactful communicator when interacting with the team, management and other internal stakeholders
  • You have demonstrated ability to work independently within the team with minimal supervision
  • You have flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs
