About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end delivery of complex, global Oracle Cloud–related projects across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Develop, maintain, and manage core project management artefacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and documentation across tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Coordinate delivery activities across Agile and Waterfall frameworks, including supporting sprint ceremonies, milestone tracking, and governance checkpoints.
Manage stakeholder communication across all levels, providing clear and timely updates and supporting alignment between business and technology teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, QA, infrastructure, and third-party vendors, to support effective execution and resource utilization.
Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path items, and supporting mitigation planning.
Support prioritization of activities and resource allocation, ensuring capacity is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting accountability and timely delivery of key milestones.
Identify and help remove delivery impediments, supporting continuous improvement through metrics tracking and reporting.
Ensure required environments, infrastructure, and dependencies are in place to support project delivery, adjusting plans where needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least one implementation type project related to Oracle Cloud or other similar Cloud Platforms.
Proven experience in managing small to large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management, problem-solving, change/release management, multi-tasking, and service management.
Experience working in global delivery environments with distributed teams.
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince, Agile) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting payroll implementations or exposure to payroll processes, including system setup, data migration, and deployment of new payroll solutions.
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud services (ERP, HCM).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with system integration, data migration, or enterprise application delivery within a global environment.
