About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing assigned portfolio of clients across different foreign jurisdictions, with responsibility of overseeing junior staff and ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory obligations
- Organizing, facilitating and taking minutes of management board and shareholder meetings and / or review minutes prepared by junior colleagues
- Coordinating corporate transactions for companies such as incorporations, liquidations, etc.
- Coordinating and liaising with fund accounting teams, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents
- Coordinating and/ or monitoring statutory filings with local authorities, completion of KYC requests
- Ensuring corporate records of the companies are up to date
- Continuously reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the existing processes and procedures
- Following changes in law in relevant jurisdictions which may impact service delivery and ensure that international and/or industry specific legal requirements are met
- Assisting Team Lead in planning and organizing the team work to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services in accordance with agreed deadlines
- Assisting Team Lead with migration or on boarding of clients from other jurisdictions
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree in Law, Business or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, corporate secretarial services, compliance, business operations, corporate law field or similar
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Have strong academic record
- A team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Have attention to detail
