About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in driving Operational Excellence initiatives through strong program execution, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track progress, and provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of tools, templates and reporting frameworks.
- Support training, coaching, and enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives.
- Ensure robust governance, clear communication, and adherence to standards while proactively identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement.
- Strengthen the OPEX ecosystem by driving internal improvements, building capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified having experience in implementing continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Process mapping, PDCA, KAIZEN etc)
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
- You have a track record of delivering high-quality work independently
- Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
