About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and administer HR processes including Probation and Performance Management
  • Provide day-to-day advisory support to employees and stakeholders globally
  • Ensure accuracy in operational delivery and maintain employee records in HRIS
  • Map and document current processes, identify process gaps, and escalate recommendations
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners across all locations to ensure consistent process execution
  • Prepare and provide reports, data, and insights to management and stakeholders
