About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and administer HR processes including Probation and Performance Management
- Provide day-to-day advisory support to employees and stakeholders globally
- Ensure accuracy in operational delivery and maintain employee records in HRIS
- Map and document current processes, identify process gaps, and escalate recommendations
- Liaise with HR Business Partners across all locations to ensure consistent process execution
- Prepare and provide reports, data, and insights to management and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an advisory or HR generalist role
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding employee records
