Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and develop the financial administration team, including master data setup, revenue recognition, invoicing activities and accounts receivable management
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and compliance.
Assist in implementing new systems, tools, and processes that strengthen internal controls and scalability.
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving workflows, resource utilization, and process efficiency.
Gather and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Partner with senior leadership on projects that enhance reporting, compliance, and organizational alignment.
Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and other business units to ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
Maintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA in Business Administration or related discipline
6+ years relevant work experience a plus
Financial Services industry experience an asset
Process design certification e.g., lean six sigma, is an asset.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. Lookup functions, Pivot tables, reporting functionalities etc.) and other MS office applications.
Experience with contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis) preferred
