About the role
- You will work closely with Business teams, IT development and QA teams to manage successful project delivery within the constraints of timeline, scope and budget.
- Track and coordinate all activities from a project lifecycle perspective including Project Discovery, Project Initiation/ Start-up, Project Implementation/ Execution and Project Closure.
- Maintain all project management artifacts for projects per the Citco Bank PMO Manual.
- Experience building comprehensive project Business Cases in collaboration with Business Stakeholders.
- Manage project stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively and frequently.
- Interact with software development teams using continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
- Facilitate regular status updates to key stakeholders, including senior management to provide visibility of status, risks and issues.
- Interact with resources across Citco Bank teams such as Payment Ops, Treasury Front and Back Office, Risk Management, KYC, Compliance, Legal, Tax and Business Development.
- Interact with the IT development team along with the QA team for software dependencies.
- Utilize your strong coaching and mentorship skills in order to build a collaborative, productive, and engaged team environment.
- Help break down organizational silos and promote collaborations.
Requirements
- 5+ years project management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end projects (scope, budget, resources, timelines).
- Experience working in a formal PMO structure advantageous.
- Familiarity with core banking systems (T24 experience highly advantageous).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- PM methodology knowledge (Agile, Prince2, PMP).
- Strong experience using MS Project or other project management software.
- Past experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English.
- Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations.
- Ability to work independently in a self-sufficient manner, and also to work collaboratively within a team structure – as the project demands.
