About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct deep pre-engagement prospect research
  • Identify potential customers and generate new SQLs
  • Contact and qualify potential customers through various mediums
  • Set appointments for AEs and follow up on multi-threaded prospect conversions
  • Track progress towards meeting BDR, Sales, & Marketing goals
  • Collaborate with AEs and the sales team for strategies to reach sales targets
  • Use tools like Outreach.io and Salesforce.com to acquire, manage, and close leads
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition
  • Report on prospecting & sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a BDR or similar sales role
  • Proficiency in using tools like SFDC, LinkedIn, Seamless.ai to prospect
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with many potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
