About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct deep pre-engagement prospect research
- Identify potential customers and generate new SQLs
- Contact and qualify potential customers through various mediums
- Set appointments for AEs and follow up on multi-threaded prospect conversions
- Track progress towards meeting BDR, Sales, & Marketing goals
- Collaborate with AEs and the sales team for strategies to reach sales targets
- Use tools like Outreach.io and Salesforce.com to acquire, manage, and close leads
- Stay updated on market trends and competition
- Report on prospecting & sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of experience in a BDR or similar sales role
- Proficiency in using tools like SFDC, LinkedIn, Seamless.ai to prospect
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with many potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
