About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, organize, and review data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
Conduct foundational analyses on KPIs such as user engagement, retention, throughput, and campaign performance
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into report requirements
Assist in building clear and interpretable “proof of concepts” from complex data sources
Support data quality efforts by validating report accuracy and identifying inconsistencies
Document reporting processes, definitions, and logic
Recommend improvements to existing reports or dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection, standardization, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science or related field
You have 1+ years of experience working in operations or other data-related fields
You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling; specifically - lookup functions, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc.
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are the type of person who gets things done
You have a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce
You are detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute many concurrent tasks
