About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide medical leadership for medical affairs strategy
  • Develop and execute the medical affairs plan
  • Plan and implement Phase IV clinical development programs
  • Create IIS strategies and review proposals
  • Serve as a medical expert for key internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee budget management, vendor management, timeline development, and resource needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PharmD, PhD or MD
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred
  • Advanced degree in sciences or related field with substantial experience in the pharma/biotech industry
  • Preferred experience in the therapeutic area including in an in-house Medical Affairs role
  • Practical knowledge of FDA regulations/ICH guidelines regarding conduct of clinical studies
  • Leadership experience with management responsibilities for cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience
