About the role
- Ensures that coding analysis production is both consistent and high quality by tracking and enforcing standards.
- Train and support team members to build, maintain, and enhance platform interfaces used for data checks, ensuring data quality is upheld through regular monthly or more frequent schedules.
- Owns resourcing of client work and ensures the timely production of high-quality deliverables while identifying opportunities for improvement in report production methodologies.
- Collaborates with various internal and customer-facing teams on delivery, acting as the primary owner of client portfolio and building strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Manages and guides a team of 7-10 FTEs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
- Fluent in English
