About the role
- Coordination and processing of people related data and documentation related to but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employment contract changes for the US markets.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment verifications, and right to work checks.
- Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of personnel records within the HRIS and payroll platforms.
- Provide a first-class level of support to employees based in the US, across Cision and Brandwatch, by helping to manage a People team inbox and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our internal payroll team to collate and manage accurate and timely data before each pay cycle.
- Engage with Talent Acquisition partners and IT to ensure procurement of IT equipment is issued for new starters in a timely fashion.
- Conduct/ facilitate pre-employment reference checks liaising with a third-party vendor.
- Work with the global People Operations HRIS team to conduct mass uploads into the system as needed.
- Support the People Partners with general administration and special projects as needed.
- Liaise with the global People Operations reporting team to obtain data and insights as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work US business hours (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Bulgaria local time)
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in similar role or field of work
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills and experience
- Experience with UKG is a plus.
