About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global enterprise objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and mitigate competitive risks
- Recruit, mentor, and manage enterprise account executives
- Provide performance coaching and foster professional development
- Maintain team engagement and accountability
- Own regional sales forecasting rituals
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene
- Provide accurate, data-driven reporting to executive leadership

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software or B2B technology sales
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a high-performing sales environment
- Consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas
- Deep expertise in complex, long-cycle consultative sales processes
- Experience with enterprise contract negotiations
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience with budget management and complex deal structuring
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organizational structure
- Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- MBA is highly preferred
