About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the overall Cisco Networking AI/ML strategy and roadmap
- Build native AI/ML functionality into Networking products
- Shape the data platform strategy
- Lead a talented team of product managers
- Collaborate with Cisco Networking, assurance, collaboration, and security product teams
- Leverage comprehensive owned and unowned network data to build AI/ML platforms and features
- Drive improved customer outcomes and simplify customers’ lives
- Interface with cross-functional teams to solve challenges innovatively
- Contribute to building product teams responsible for Cisco’s next phase of growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS/software products
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading product management teams
- 3+ years of experience building AI/ML products incorporating technologies such as large language models, natural language processing, neural networks, or generative AI
- Experience with networking, cloud-based services, and/or application monitoring
