About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from order to cash across scope, time, cost, quality, and risk using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Mentor and develop Project Specialists to build high-performing delivery teams
  • Lead deployment of groundbreaking technologies within complex customer IT infrastructure environments
  • Manage workstreams and projects independently as part of larger programs and portfolios
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering financial, resource, and material requirements
  • Use AI assistants and prompt engineering to automate routine management tasks, including meeting intelligence, action tracking, and status reporting
  • Drive Predictive Delivery and data integrity using the Digitized Delivery platform and AI-driven insights
  • Lead multiple simultaneous, multidisciplinary customer-facing projects, internal Cisco initiatives, and optimization services
  • Contribute to PMO methodology evolution and internal program optimization
  • Consult with customers and partners to plan, design, install, configure, and integrate Cisco products
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities, leading engineering teams to improve delivery excellence and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Cisco internal teams, customers, and partners to achieve business results and project success
  • Advise Engineering teams on product features, updates, and roadmaps using real-world project data
  • Advise customers on business outcomes, operational objectives, and service milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of relevant end-to-end project management experience leading complex, customer-facing projects
  • College/University degree or equivalent
  • IT industry project management experience deploying innovative technologies in highly complex environments within functional or matrix organizations
  • Proficiency managing project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risk, and communications
  • Professional PM certification: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or SCRUM/ACP (PMP highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS-Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
  • Ability to integrate AI tools for project automation
  • Foundational knowledge of network architecture, including routing, switching, and internet protocols
  • Knowledge of Cisco hardware/software solutions
  • Experience in Telecom/Service Provider Infrastructure project delivery preferred
  • Experience with contract Change Management processes and partner delivery/commercials for third-party resources preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and oral, with negotiation and executive-level presentation abilities
  • Agile/Scrum project experience preferred
  • Adaptability to diverse time zone requirements
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required by project scope
