About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and drive SMB sales opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners for a designated territory
  • Engage customers and partners to qualify opportunities and ensure required actions are taken
  • Hold partners accountable for closing deals and maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce
  • Achieve quota targets by managing Cisco’s full product portfolio and running end-to-end deal cycles, including technical demos
  • Engage SMB customers to communicate Cisco’s value and identify cross-architecture opportunities
  • Support demand generation initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends and Cisco solutions
  • Maintain pipeline health with the SMB Pod
  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-end and build customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Field Account Executives, sales specialists, system engineers, and partner sales teams
  • Leverage technology for remote collaboration with customers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Demonstrated achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or consistent year-over-year growth of 10% or more
  • Strong collaboration skills with partners and direct customers
  • Strong business sense and ability to communicate the value proposition
  • Active listening skills to identify customer challenges and propose solutions
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce and outreach tools such as Gong
