About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Formulate a supply chain strategy for Next Generation Firewall Business Unit products
- Establish effective materials pipelines and optimize product lead times
- Collaborate with regional teams to align build plans with business needs
- Focus on fulfillment metrics such as LTA and OTB
- Serve as the main contact for the BU, Regional S&OP, and Sales regarding order escalations and allocations
- Support Product Operations through key deal enablement, process optimization, and supply-demand balancing across product life cycle stages
- Assist Product Supply Chain Planning with inventory metrics and control points for E&O forecasting, cost, and scrap decisions
- Coordinate the Aging Inventory/Scrap/E&O process across the Security space
- Provide analytical support and ensure alignment with BU stakeholders
- Work with marketing, operations, supplier management, finance, Contract Manufacturers, Regional Operations, GSM, and Finance teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS or a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills in Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning
- Deep supply chain knowledge
- Expert-level proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures preferred
- Excellent communication and business planning skills preferred
- Self-motivated with a focus on execution preferred
- Understanding of Supply Planning processes and tools preferred
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred, including Kinaxis or Oracle
- Experience in materials planning and fulfillment preferred
