About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish effective materials pipelines
  • Optimize product lead times
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align build plans with business needs
  • Focus on fulfillment metrics, including LTA and OTB
  • Serve as the main contact for the business unit, Regional S&OP, and Sales regarding order escalations and allocations
  • Support Product Operations through key deal enablement, process optimization, and supply-demand balancing across product life cycle stages
  • Assist the Product Supply Chain Planning team with inventory metrics and key control points for E&O forecasting, cost, and scrap decisions
  • Coordinate the Aging Inventory, Scrap, and E&O process across the Security space
  • Provide analytical support and ensure alignment with business unit stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS or a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills in Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning
  • Deep supply chain knowledge
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and business planning skills (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a focus on execution (preferred)
  • Understanding of supply planning processes and tools (preferred)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, including Kinaxis or Oracle (preferred)
  • Experience in materials planning and fulfillment (preferred)
