About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner on pivotal initiatives between CX and Engineering as a trusted virtual member of both organizations
  • Develop multifunctional relationships across CX and Engineering
  • Gain executive sponsorship and drive Serviceability engagements
  • Improve customer product experience, increase case deflection, accelerate service request resolution, and reduce service costs
  • Facilitate alignment and enhancements to the Serviceability North Star process flow
  • Track return on investment and improvement metrics
  • Generate business cases and validate expected outcomes
  • Partner with CX Engineering to implement In Product Support resources and tools for customers
  • Lead implementation of Serviceability tools and features into Cisco products
  • Drive delivery of quarterly Serviceability feature targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
  • Experience driving multifunctional initiatives, including Serviceability feature implementation
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, CX, Sales, and BE escalation teams
  • Experience leading and delivering quarterly targets, including 20+ Serviceability features per quarter in data center or related technical domains
  • Experience developing and analyzing business cases
  • Experience using metrics and tools to prioritize feature requests and measure post-implementation impact
  • Expertise in leveraging, influencing, navigating, and building partnerships across teams
  • Organizational skills suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • High initiative, judgment, and diplomacy
  • Executive presence and collaboration skills across organizational levels
  • Ability to enable teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities
