About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Implement and support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components
  • Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and application maintenance
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements
  • Provide technical leadership and establish integration and application development best practices
  • Lead deployment, unit testing, systems testing, and iterative refinement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce solution issues
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements
  • Develop and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
  • Solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL
  • Experience configuring workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of system design, quality engineering, and cross-system thinking
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with CI/CD processes
  • Experience with AI development tooling
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently
