About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Implement and support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components
Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and application maintenance
Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements
Provide technical leadership and establish integration and application development best practices
Lead deployment, unit testing, systems testing, and iterative refinement
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce solution issues
Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements
Develop and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
Solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently
Collaborate with teams and partners to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL
Experience configuring workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of system design, quality engineering, and cross-system thinking
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Experience with CI/CD processes
Experience with AI development tooling
Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently
