About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Cisco’s Contact Center and Workforce Optimization business within the US Commercial Central market segment
- Influence complex Customer Experience engagements and advise stakeholders across the buying center
- Build business cases accounting for cost, benefit, and risk
- Serve as a bridge between Cisco portfolio sales teams and engineering teams
- Provide feedback influencing future product development
- Engage Line of Business and CXO-level decision-makers
- Align Cisco’s architectural strategy with organizational goals
- Increase Cisco’s Contact Center and WFO footprint and capture territory wallet share
- Coordinate with cross-functional Cisco Business Units and account teams
- Harmonize global go-to-market strategies with Central market initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience specifically in the Contact Center industry, including CCaaS and UCCE
- Deep technical knowledge of Contact Center architectures
- Experience managing large, strategic sales opportunities
- Quota accountability and forecasting responsibilities
- Executive customer engagement experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Cisco Contact Center Collaboration portfolio or a competitor’s portfolio
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently lead customer-facing technical conversations and demonstrations
- Experience working within overlay or specialist sales models in highly matrixed organizations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, cross-functional sales teams, and partner organizations
