About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary advocate for assigned customers and own the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional teams of consulting engineers, architects, project managers, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of proven experience overseeing all aspects of service delivery for major accounts
  • Full P&L and budget responsibility
  • Strong project management skills, including defining scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and tracking performance metrics
  • Previous experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail customers
  • Practical experience with ITIL and service management frameworks
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical teams on infrastructure, architecture, and emerging technologies
  • Practical experience leading large cross-functional teams delivering complex Cisco and third-party technology transformations
  • Experience positioning services and assisting with scoping and estimating level of effort for proposals and statements of work
  • Track record of driving efficiency, removing bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions and executive briefings
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and risk anticipation
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and build long-term customer and internal relationships
