About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead special growth initiatives and translate executive priorities into cross-functional programs
  • Define program scopes, roadmaps, decision rights, milestones, and KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Surface strategic tradeoffs and dependencies and shape recommendations for Executive Leadership
  • Hold workstream leaders accountable for outcomes and business value
  • Design and run governance models for leadership decision-making
  • Grow strategic external partnerships through a product-strategy lens
  • Shape post-integration governance for Splunk-related acquisitions
  • Partner with Corporate Development & Integration, Finance, Product, and acquired entities on priorities, sequencing, and success measures
  • Provide business requirements and support technical teams developing AI-led workflows
  • Build narratives, roadmaps, and decision frameworks to align Splunk leadership and drive action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of total experience in similar program/operations leadership roles
  • Experience shaping strategy and driving execution on cross-functional programs involving senior partners
  • Track record of building governance frameworks, decision models, and executive-level narratives from ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing materials for Executive or Senior Leadership
  • Ability to manage sophisticated, matrixed initiatives independently with minimal oversight
  • Prior experience in internal strategy, management consulting, or Business Operations/Chief of Staff roles at a SaaS or enterprise technology company preferred
  • Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or technology partnerships and ecosystems preferred
  • Exposure to product strategy, GTM strategy, or customer success motions preferred
  • Strong program management skills
  • Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills, including market sizing, reason modeling, and benchmark development
  • Intellectual curiosity, structured problem-solving, and bias toward action
  • Prior Corporate Development, M&A, or Integration Management Office experience is a plus
