About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel global marketing campaign development and execution
  • 7+ years of experience working within cross-functional, agile marketing teams
  • 5+ years of proficiency using marketing automation tools for lifecycle campaign implementation and monitoring
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing customer data and performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing marketing projects within a large-scale or global organization
  • Deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Marketing and omni-channel strategy
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally within a highly matrixed and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong experience using design thinking and customer interviews to inform marketing strategy
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build consensus across departments
  • Ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Candidates must reside in the United States or EMEA
