About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary strategic voice of the lifecycle organization within integrated marketing planning
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns guiding customers through their lifecycle journey
- Align Campaign, Field, and Partner activities
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to refine strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into audience-first campaigns
- Enhance brand loyalty and drive demand
- Lead development of repeatable, high-impact marketing processes
- Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel global marketing campaign development and execution
- 7+ years of experience working within cross-functional, agile marketing teams
- 5+ years of proficiency using marketing automation tools for lifecycle campaign implementation and monitoring
- 4+ years of experience analyzing customer data and performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience managing marketing projects within a large-scale or global organization
- Deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Marketing and omni-channel strategy
- Ability to lead cross-functionally within a highly matrixed and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong experience using design thinking and customer interviews to inform marketing strategy
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build consensus across departments
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Candidates must reside in the United States or EMEA
