Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly experiences
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs for efficient data flow and secure communication
Implement and maintain reusable UI components aligned with Cisco’s Design Systems
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
Optimize performance and scalability across browsers and devices
Collaborate in an agile environment and deliver incremental value through iterative development cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience
TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 experience
3+ years of experience developing web applications using Angular
Experience debugging and troubleshooting front-end issues
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
Experience with UI design systems and component-based architectures
Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
Preferred: experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps teams
Preferred: familiarity with GraphQL
Preferred: experience with Jest or Vitest
Preferred: exposure to Docker or other containerized development environments
Preferred: basic knowledge of backend integration or full-stack development, such as Node.js or Python
