About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structuring and drafting sales transactions with a lens towards transactional health
- Ensuring compliance with Governmental purchasing regulations
- Drafting Order Documents and supporting sales in customer-facing negotiations
- Managing custom agreements from end to end
- Negotiating directly with customers
- Facilitating internal back-end partners
- Providing sales training and enablement of deal structure, programs, and related pricing
- Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to sales leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of strategic deal management experience supporting sales
- understanding and adhering to programmatic company guardrails
- collaborating closely with internal resources in a fast-growing software enterprise company
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Detailed Oriented
- strong MS Office and CRM skills required
