Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 4+ years of experience with Workday security, including security domains, business process policies, and security group configuration
  • Experience handling critical and confidential information with the highest level of professional integrity and care
  • Expertise using data tools like Microsoft Excel to support security audits, analyze trends, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Experience in Workday Security Administration, including familiarity with core modules (such as HCM, Payroll, or Financials) and relevant professional certifications
  • Experience supporting regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and audit activities in a global organization
  • A proactive interest in AI advancements and experience using tools like ChatGPT to streamline analysis
  • A natural interest in sophisticated problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting system issues and access requests
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, participating in two sprints
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
