About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end management of the sales forecasting process, including data analysis and recommendations to sales leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other BI tools
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Integrate operational insights from multiple domains to advise leadership
  • Support annual planning, territory design and quota setting within Splunk Americas Sales and Partner organizations
  • Analyze partner demand generation, pipeline health, velocity and conversion to hit quarterly targets
  • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for accountability and alignment
  • Establish an operating cadence to drive consistency and predictability across the sales organization
  • Streamline the end-to-end sales process using AI, automation, Salesforce and reporting systems
  • Advise sales and partner leaders on go-to-market strategy and decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, finance and customer success teams on strategy, messaging and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or a relevant function
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • High proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
