About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the connection between the Strategic Product Engagement Team and Splunk's product organization
Interlock with peers on the Strategic Product Engagement Team and TPMs for tracking of product-led workstreams
Consolidate and report on the status of product led workstreams on a per customer basis
Plan and execute any product-led technical summits with key accounts (in-person or remote) and consolidate the results
Define and hold Splunk product teams to rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Utilize collaboration and AI tools to perform analysis on providing executive-level summaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of demonstrated ability in technical program or product management
Strong focus on IT/TechOps, SRE, or cloud platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to synthesize technical data into executive-friendly summaries for cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER
Experience with ITSM platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, DevSecOps, SDLC)
Advanced ability to define success metrics, interpret complex dashboards, and derive technical conclusions
