About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the connection between the Strategic Product Engagement Team and Splunk's product organization
- Interlock with peers on the Strategic Product Engagement Team and TPMs for tracking of product-led workstreams
- Consolidate and report on the status of product led workstreams on a per customer basis
- Plan and execute any product-led technical summits with key accounts (in-person or remote) and consolidate the results
- Define and hold Splunk product teams to rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize collaboration and AI tools to perform analysis on providing executive-level summaries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of demonstrated ability in technical program or product management
- Strong focus on IT/TechOps, SRE, or cloud platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to synthesize technical data into executive-friendly summaries for cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER
- Experience with ITSM platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, DevSecOps, SDLC)
- Advanced ability to define success metrics, interpret complex dashboards, and derive technical conclusions
