About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be a primary product-led partner for strategic enterprise accounts globally
  • Combine telemetry, lifecycle context, customer feedback, and business priorities to cohort customers and identify product-led workstreams
  • Engage directly with customers, account teams, product managers, engineering leaders, and executives
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, decisions, and action plans
  • Own the strategic product-led customer engagements
  • Own product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers, aligning the level of engagement to customer value and opportunity
  • Represent Splunk product organization to customers and their Splunk go-to-market leaders
  • Drive product-led outcomes and serve as a trusted product partner in account planning
  • Use telemetry data and AI summarization to drive product-led customer experience and growth workstreams
  • Measure outcomes and business impact, defining and reporting KPIs tied to product engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years related experience, or PhD + 1 year related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise customers
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues
  • Experience being the trusted product lead to drive technical consensus on a cross functional engineering and go-to-market (sales, and customer success) team supporting complex customers
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers
  • Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms to drive system health and performance insights
  • AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications
