About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducts thorough assessments of existing business processes and interdependences with business polices, and procedures
  • Develops new processes as required to meet business objectives
  • Utilizes data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, sub-optimal customer/user experience, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement

  • Conducts thorough testing of business process designs to calibrate accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Generally, a minimum of 10 years of Business Process improvement experience
  • Prior Insurance experience preferred
  • Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional process improvement designation preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in process mapping
