Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, testing, and releasing software at scale
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including responsibility for delivery, staffing, performance, or technical direction
  • Experience defining strategy, building roadmaps, and delivering internal platform capabilities for engineering customers
  • Experience with automated testing, quality frameworks, release pipelines, developer tooling, or comparable software delivery systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience managing managers or leading multiple engineering teams
  • Experience leading teams through architectural, organizational, or platform transformation
  • Experience establishing metrics and using data and developer feedback to guide priorities, measure impact, and drive adoption
  • Ability to communicate clearly, influence direction, and align senior technical leaders, architects, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to coach and grow engineering managers while building inclusive, high-performing teams
