About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support customers using the Splunk Observability Cloud SaaS solution
- guide resolution of customer issues and escalations adhering to SLA guidelines
- provide effective written and verbal communication to customers
- collaborate with Splunk Development Engineers and Customer Success teams
- contribute to technical knowledge content for customer self-service
- utilize troubleshooting skills and web technologies knowledge
- investigate technical issues to determine root causes
- file detailed bug reports and escalate cases to Engineering when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- local to Boulder, CO or Richardson, TX
- U.S. Citizen due to potential access to U.S. export-controlled technologies
- flexibility for on-call rotations may be required
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or related field
- foundational understanding of Kubernetes, REST APIs, cloud computing, and observability concepts
- strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
