Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in French and English, including written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios
  • Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as Salesforce.com
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce and Gong
  • Demonstrates advanced critical thinking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio
