About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving growth in renewals sales and crafting a successful customer renewal experience

- Address objections, adoption barriers, competitive risks
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners and internal teams
- Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on renewals
- Lead and build sales opportunities; identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in French and English, including written and verbal communication
- 5+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management
- Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios
- Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as Salesforce.com
- Previous experience working with Salesforce and Gong
- Demonstrates advanced critical thinking skills
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio
