About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year account strategy
- leverage deep knowledge of the retail landscape to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
- lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team of sales, engineering, and service professionals
- build and maintain deep relationships with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management
- proven track record of success managing large-scale, complex accounts
- ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- exceptional executive presence
- strong financial acumen
- bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred
